Refund policy

This refund policy explains how I Cred Technologys ("we", "us") handles payments for products and services. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. General policy
We do not provide any kind of refund. All sales of products, fittings, installation-related work, and loan consulting services are final once confirmed and paid, unless a refund is required under applicable law.
2. Products & fittings
- Product selections, measurements, and compatibility are normally confirmed with you before supply and / or installation. After delivery or installation has taken place, payments are non-refundable.
- If a product is found to be defective, we will work with you to repair or replace it in line with manufacturer warranties or our service commitments, where applicable, rather than offering a refund.
3. Loan consulting services
- Fees paid for consulting, documentation support, or coordination with lenders are non-refundable, even if a loan is ultimately rejected, approved for a different amount, or not taken up by you.
- Decisions on loans are made solely by the respective banks / NBFCs and are outside our control. Our role is advisory and facilitative.
4. Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
- If you request changes to an order or appointment after confirmation, we may, at our discretion, offer rescheduling or adjustments where feasible. This does not create any right to a refund for amounts already paid.
- Where additional work, materials, or visits are required because of such changes, separate charges may apply.
5. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a refund or other remedy in a specific situation, we will comply with that requirement.
